An end-to-end platform for AI-generated music playlists and video rendering — marketing site, authenticated app, custom render servers, and subscription billing in one product.
What was broken
YouTube music channel creators needed a way to generate large playlists fast, render polished videos at scale, and publish without juggling separate tools. Existing workflows were manual, slow, and impossible to repeat profitably — especially when a single channel might need dozens of tracks rendered and uploaded on tight schedules.
What we built
We built Playlist Craft as a full-stack product: a conversion-focused marketing site at playlistcraft.com and a fully functional app at app.playlistcraft.com. The dashboard covers playlist generation, video renders, personalization engines, YouTube integration, and credit-based usage. Behind the UI, we deployed dedicated servers for song generation, media rendering, and video output — so creators can go from prompt to published playlist without leaving the platform. Stripe-backed subscriptions and credit purchases are integrated throughout the account experience.
What changed
Creators can generate 40-track playlists in minutes, manage render jobs from a unified dashboard, customize generation engines by genre or persona, and buy credits or subscribe as usage grows — giving Playlist Craft a complete product loop from acquisition to recurring revenue.
